Do you have a warranty?
Yes. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Bauerfeind Sports products.
Bauerfeind Canada warrants that all goods will be guaranteed for up to:
- 6 months for the compression of the products
- 30 days for manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect. Failure to properly wash and care for the product is not considered a defect. Any product that has been altered, cut, or modified in any way will nullify our guaranteed and any warranty on the product.
If a product qualifies as a defect we will be happy to replace or credit back the order.
How you return your product?
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can try on the product, walk around your home with it, but please do not use it for physical activities or sweat in it prior to returning it.
A return authorization (RA) must be issued from Bauerfeind Canada headquarters. Any return without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused. Returns due to manufacturer defects, or customer dissatisfaction must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. For hygienic reasons, all garments that have been worn must be laundered before return for inspection. Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Bauerfeind Canada is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.
