WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sports purchase! Upon receiving your product please try it on and walk around your home to ensure a proper fit and functionality. If the product is not suitable, we ask that you please not use it for physical activities or sweat in it prior to returning it.

A return authorization (RA) must be issued from Bauerfeind Canada headquarters. Any return without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused. Returns due to manufacturer defects, or customer dissatisfaction must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. For hygienic reasons, all garments that have been worn must be laundered before return for inspection. Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Bauerfeind Canada is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.
